Terms & Conditions

Use of this website

By using macrotraders.pk or placing an order, you agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate information for orders and enquiries. Product and service descriptions are provided for general information; the details confirmed in an accepted order or written quotation govern the agreed supply.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless otherwise stated and may be updated without prior notice. Placing an order is a request to purchase; Macro Traders may contact you to verify stock, pricing, delivery area and order details before acceptance. If a displayed price or specification is materially incorrect, we will seek your agreement before proceeding.

Product specifications and compatibility

Customers should verify that electrical ratings, connectors, storage formats, network specifications and device models match their intended use before purchase. Images may illustrate the product and actual packaging or included accessories can differ by manufacturer or model; confirmed written product specifications take precedence.

Payments and delivery

Available payment methods are those offered at checkout or confirmed by Macro Traders. Delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping & Service Delivery Policy. Contact us before ordering if you require a specific delivery date or installation date.

Returns and warranty

Online product returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. A product warranty applies only where explicitly stated for that item or supplied with the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service quotations

On-site CCTV, biometric, fiber-optic and related work may require a site review and separate written quotation detailing work scope, materials, schedule and applicable costs. Changes to approved project scope may require a revised quotation.
