Macro Traders supplies listed products subject to confirmation of stock, payment and delivery coverage. Product availability shown online can change before an order is accepted. We will contact you if a product becomes unavailable or your order cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery charges and timelines

Delivery fees and estimated times depend on the destination, package size, courier availability and products ordered. Available charges and estimates will be communicated at checkout or confirmed with you before order dispatch. Any estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Order confirmation

We may contact customers to verify address, contact number, payment method or other order details. Please provide an accessible delivery address and phone number. Courier service availability and any open-parcel inspection facility vary by carrier and destination and must be confirmed in advance.

Transit issues

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact Macro Traders promptly with your order number and, when possible, photographs of the parcel and goods. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility and the claims process.

Installation and on-site services

CCTV, biometric and fiber-optic installation or maintenance are arranged separately based on the confirmed scope, location, site readiness and agreed quotation. Scheduling, access requirements, materials, travel expenses and project completion timelines will be discussed before work begins. Products and service charges are not interchangeable unless stated in the written quotation.
